Top 6 Stores That Sell Affordable Workout Clothes

6 Affordable Places to Buy Workout Clothes

1. Fabletics: No one does affordable workout attire quite like Fabletics. This fitness clothing line, owned by Kate Hudson, is a great online shop where you can find anything you need for your next workout. I find that the site is a little more confusing than most, but you can easily find exactly what you are looking for after you take their ‘Getting Started’ quiz. The quiz asks a few simple questions so that it can quickly match you to your perfect outfits AND you’ll get %50 off your first outfit plus free shipping!

2. JCPenney: Every time I go to JCP I find some great workout pieces, which makes me wonder why I shop anywhere else. They have a newer line called Xersion that has great pieces and is incredibly affordable. Last time I went, I got two full outfits for only $35 dollars. In addition to the already great prices, JCPenney always has coupons that you can use to save additional cash! They have other brands that also offer great prices. You’re sure to leave with a cute outfit and a good deal.

3. Target: No matter what I go to Target for, I can never pass their workout section without stopping for a look. They have some of the best sports bras and outdoor workout clothing here. The clothing is well made and there are lots of bright colored pieces to choose from. My only complaint…they never have my size! I usually pick things out in the store and then purchase them in the correct size off of the Target website.

4. Kohl’s: This may be my favorite place to grab some great pieces because I ALWAYS have a coupon. I had Kohl’s Cash last week worth $30, and I was able to get four new shirts for free with it. I actually had .05 left over in Kohl’s cash! It seems like they are always changing out pieces too. They have great new options every time I go in. They have absolutely EVERYTHING you need to complete an outfit in one place.

5. Old Navy: I haven’t shopped at Old Navy in years because the closest one is a half hour away, so it’s not on the top of my list. When I do go, I can’t help but purchase all their flip flops so I try to stay away from the store. I went there recently, to have a quick look, and found the BEST yoga pants that I have ever owned. Sometimes when I workout my pants like to slide around, but these don’t go anywhere and they are also high waisted. As if that isn’t fantastic enough, I was a size smaller here than any of the other stores I shop at!

6. Dick’s Sporting Goods: This is probably the least affordable of all the places listed, but you are sure to find exactly what you are looking for here. You’ll probably also find lots of pieces that you didn’t even know you needed because it’s all so cute! I went in for a shirt and came out with a lot more than that. The quality of clothing is a little more high end. However, 4 pieces cost me $100, which is too much for such a small amount if items.

Kim Kardashian: Best Hair & Makeup…Worst Grammy Date!

Posted by at in Fashion, Hair, Makeup

Of course, I wanted to go ahead and talk about the Grammy Awards, since they were just the other night. I always LOVE watching the Grammys too see what everyone is wearing, what their hair looks like, and of course, their makeup! This year, I was a little disappointed by the outfit choices though. Rihanna’s dress was huge, Kim Kardashian wore a bathrobe, and I don’t even know what Madonna was wearing…it just wasn’t good!

BUT…Did you see Kim Kardashian’s hair and makeup? LOVED it! Her new “bob-ish” hair is my fave! It was perfectly texturized for the Grammys, and even though I would expect something a little more glam, I was still super happy with this hair. I think that this was probably the best choice since I don’t think she could have had super glam hair because she was already wearing a super glam…bath robe.

Anyways, I still loved her hair and makeup look. Here is a video so you can see too, incase you didn’t watch. I’m sure you did though!

I kind of had a change of heart for the Kimye couple after the Grammys the other night though. We all remember back in 2009, when Kanye West decided to interrupt Taylor Swifts Grammy win. Well, he almost did it again the other night while Beck was receiving an award. Everyone laughed because they all though it was a big joke. Then Kanye went backstage and bashed Beck saying he didn’t really deserve the award, Beyonce did.

It was a little weird that he felt the need to come to Beyonce’s defense…AGAIN. I don’t really see him going to Kim’s defense too often, but he is always there for Beyonce.

He wasn’t even in that category though! So, just sit down Kanye.

Here is his speech about how beck should have respected “artistry” and given Beyonce the Grammy.

Who is he talking about when he says, “We tired of it!”? It seems like a direct diss towards white people. If a white artist had dissed a black artist like this at multiple Grammy awards, there would be an uproar. They’d be destroyed by the media and the music industry. It is hard to know what his intentions were with that speech, but there has been no clarification, so I’m going to have to take it as it stands.

He sort of apologized to Beck in a Kanye type of way. So, hopefully that resolves things, and maybe at the next Grammy awards Beyonce will make the best album so we can keep him in his seat!

It’s almost that time of year again when we have to unpack our favorite sweaters and boots to get ready for the fall season. I can’t wait! Although it is a huge pain to unpack all of my fall and winter clothes and put away summer clothes, I love going through it all and being able to give away anything that I don’t want or won’t wear this fall.

Anyways, this is the best time of year because bundling up and layering your clothes can look SO cute! I hope you love this collection of fall outfits as much as I do! Enjoy!
