This year I am REALLY trying to focus on my health. I know we all say that, but this year (so far) I’m actually committed! I have started going to bootcamp classes every morning and doing yoga/meditating at night.

I love to do yoga and meditate at the end of the day because I feel like it really helps to center my mind and body for the next day. I always though people who meditated were crazy! How could anyone sit in silence and clear their mind when there is SO much to think about?!

Well, now I realize how beneficial it is and I want to share those reasons with you to help you live a happier and more balanced life!
